This notice briefly describes how we process personal data within the QR ADVMK platform. It is intended for the beta phase and should be reviewed against the final service setup.

Data processed

We may process registration data such as first name, last name, email and encrypted password, session technical data, QR code data, scan statistics, detected language, browser, device, referer and anonymized IP or hashed IP.

Purposes

Data is used to create and manage accounts, generate dynamic QR codes, display interstitial landing pages, apply redirect rules, provide statistics, protect the service, prevent abuse and improve the platform.

Legal basis

Processing may be based on providing the requested service, security obligations, legitimate interest in protecting and improving the platform and, where required, consent for non-technical analytics or marketing tools.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, manage the account, maintain requested statistics and comply with technical or legal obligations. Users may request account deletion from the platform.

User rights

Users may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of their data where provided by applicable law.
